    State Road 714 is a project name. In the tradition of Woody Guthrie, it is just guitar and vocals. 

    The first album is called A Few Good Men with a tribute song to the U.S. Marines. My father was a Marine. My uncle was a Marine. My cousin was a Marine. My father‘s mother’s brother fought in the Pacific and at Iwo Jima. This is my way of saying thanks to the United States Marine Corps. The other songs include songs about happy manatees and loving a rescued dog. That album was released on January 24, 2025.

    The second album is called Peace For All Time which talks about a speech from John F Kennedy where he said he hoped for not just a peace in our time, but a peace for all time, the Rockies, finding a black tie for a funeral and being a memory from someone's youth. The second album was released on February 14, 2025.

    The third album is called Warning! My Songs of Faith. I named it that to give listeners a heads-up that the songs are about my Christian faith. I'm not ashamed of my faith. I just wanted to warn people of the album's content because my first two albums had secular music. The third album was released on 06/08/2025.

    The next song released was a single called Just Want To…. That was released on August 14, 2025.

    The next album was called Never Talked About It At All. Songs two thru five were written for particular ex-girlfriends of mine that never got to hear the songs, so I wanted them out there in case they are ever listening. The fourth album was released on November 14, 2025

    My last single was I Don’t Want You For Christmas. It also was released on November 14, 2025. This is the only song I have released that is not just me and guitar. What happened was that a few years ago, I wanted to shop the song to publishers in Nashville, so I had a demo made with guitars, a piano, bass, and drums. Recently, I added my vocals to it. There’s also a funny lyric video on my YouTube channel.
